Our Founder
Sholayide’s career has been anything but ordinary. From Journalism and Web Design to successfully launching three beauty brands, her journey reflects an unwavering passion for creativity in all its forms. Her insatiable curiosity, love for storytelling, and design led her to study Interior Design & Architecture at Parsons School of Design New York, where she mastered the art of blending aesthetics with functionality. Having lived in both New York and Paris, Sholayide was inspired by these two global style capitals to create New Yorkaise.
As Chief Glam Officer, Sholayide turns ideas into stunning realities, drawing inspiration from her global adventures and a lifelong passion for beauty, fashion, and art. Her approach is equal parts imagination and practicality, ensuring every project tells a unique story.
